Spun Rayon Fabric

We are the birthplace of Spun Rayon. We use our own viscose yarn to weave spun rayon fabric, which means we monitor the quality from the products beginning to end.

Currently we have over 7,000 shuttle loom weaving machines, 1,000 rapier loom weaving machines and 240 Airjet loom weaving machines. Our average output is over 3 million yards per month, which equals to 14 x 40ft FCL.

Our mainly in business of exporting while maintaining limited portion of domestic sales, so our standard and quality are higher compared to the same industrial field. Countries we exported to include Thailand, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Turkey and so on.

We weave the fabric by the exactly construction we quote, without reducing one yarns. Not like other factories, we don't add one single drop of water in the fabrics. All goods are dry. Even when you store the goods in the sealed container for several months or even a years, no rot or decay.

Weaving machines we employed are 80% new and advance machines such as Airjet loom and Rapier loom. Compared to tradition weaving machines, we control the weaving defects to a very low level.

For example, by adding the Microcomputer weaving controller, stop-lines only incurs for one or two times in 1,200 Y. Airjet loom machines make no stop-lines.
